In 2005, Lubna established Lubna Rafiq Academy, also known as LRA, with one mission in mind; to share her success and talents with budding makeup and hair artists, as well as aspiring business women.

Whilst LRA’s mission remains unchanged, the Academy has exploded into a household name, renowned for quality education in the field of makeup and hair artistry, and as a beacon for aspiring business women around the UK and internationally.
